Sprout Sellers
Join us for Sprout Sellers, Saturday, May 16 from 10am–2pm at The Sage School Barn, 1810 Quigley Farm Rd., Hailey.
Sprout Sellers combines a pop-up farmers market, local food workshops, a spring gathering, and the launch of the 2026 Locally Grown Guide. Building on the success of the fall Root Sellers event, our spring version spotlights first-of-the-season produce, plant starts, and the promised abundance of spring.
Enjoy seasonal prepared foods from local vendors, buy plant starts and pick up seeds, learn new skills, and dance to live music from local musicians.
This Future Roots event honors the rhythm of the growing season and emphasizes the importance of supporting a strong, year-round local food system. Sprout Sellers helps you cultivate your commitment to local food!
The Elevated Table
Save the Date! The Elevated Table returns on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Celebrate local food and community at Future Roots’ signature summer event. This is a once-in-a-summer celebration of local food hosted on the farm of a local producer with a meal created by some of the most celebrated chefs in the Valley.
Farm-to-School Workshop
Join us as we gather data from Blaine County School District families and students to build a shared, community-centered vision for Farm-to-School potential. The first of three evening Community Workshops is Tuesday, March 17th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm.

Root Sellers
Join us for Root Sellers, Saturday, November 15 from 10am–2pm at The Sage School Barn, 1810 Quigley Farm Rd., Hailey.
Root Sellers is a festive fall gathering to celebrate the harvest, connect with community, and stock up for winter. Fill your root cellar, pantry, and freezer with bulk quantities of produce, meats, grains, and value-added goods grown and crafted by southern Idaho producers.
Enjoy seasonal prepared foods from local vendors, learn new skills in food preservation workshops, and dance to live music from local musicians. Some vendors will be accepting preorders for easy pickup at Root Sellers, so you can plan ahead and stock up with ease.

The Elevated Table
Join us at the Table for our annual table-to-farm fundraiser dinner & live auction. Savor four courses featuring the abundant flavors of southern Idaho, expertly paired with wines from Holesinsky Winery, while dining al fresco at Drinkers of the Wind in Bellevue.
Elevated Table Farm Tour
Join us at Drinkers of the Wind Farm for a tour of their regenerative, agroforestry farm. Owner Brooke Bonner will walk guests through the 70-acre property where they are intentionally mimicking the diversity of a natural ecosystem.
