Root Sellers
Join us for Root Sellers, Saturday, November 15 from 10am–2pm at The Sage School Barn, 1810 Quigley Farm Rd., Hailey.
Root Sellers is a festive fall gathering to celebrate the harvest, connect with community, and stock up for winter. Fill your root cellar, pantry, and freezer with bulk quantities of produce, meats, grains, and value-added goods grown and crafted by southern Idaho producers.
Enjoy seasonal prepared foods from local vendors, learn new skills in food preservation workshops, and dance to live music from local musicians. Some vendors will be accepting preorders for easy pickup at Root Sellers, so you can plan ahead and stock up with ease.
This Future Roots event honors the rhythm of the growing season and emphasizes the importance of supporting a strong, year-round local food system. Root Sellers helps you fill your root cellar!

Join us at the Table for our annual table-to-farm fundraiser dinner & live auction. Savor four courses featuring the abundant flavors of southern Idaho, expertly paired with wines from Holesinsky Winery, while dining al fresco at Drinkers of the Wind in Bellevue.
Elevated Table Farm Tour
Join us at Drinkers of the Wind Farm for a tour of their regenerative, agroforestry farm. Owner Brooke Bonner will walk guests through the 70-acre property where they are intentionally mimicking the diversity of a natural ecosystem.
