Join us at the Elevated Table - our annual table-to-farm fundraiser event.
We’ll welcome you to the beautiful Drinkers of the Wind Farm in Bellevue, where you’ll start the evening with a delicious locally sourced grazing table provided by Julie Johnson and Carissa Cooper of NourishMe, wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery, and beer from Sawtooth Brewery.
From there, you’ll stroll through Drinkers of the Wind’s maturing regenerative agroforestry project en route to The Elevated Table. Once seated, you will feast on four courses prepared by chefs deeply rooted in our local food system. The chefs for the evening include Anne and Scott Mason of Ketchum Grill, Enoteca, and Mason Family Provisions, Chris, Rebecca, and Simone Kastner of CK's Real Food, and Callie and Maeme Rasberry of Rasberrys Bistro & Catering. Each course will be expertly paired with wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery.
The meal will be followed by a live auction and paddle-up featuring items generously provided by individuals and businesses. The Elevated Table serves as our signature fundraising event of the year. It supports our efforts to transform southern Idaho’s food system by connecting people to local food, supporting regional producers, and fostering vibrant, resilient communities.
