The Elevated Table Recap

We recently welcomed over 150 guests to Drinkers of the Wind Farm for our annual Elevated Table fundraiser. Huge thanks to Brooke, Mindy, Kyle, and the entire team for generously opening up their beautiful farm for our event. From back-to-back tours on Wednesday to finding the perfect dinner location, we’re deeply grateful for their hospitality.

The event included: 8 local chefs, 7 servers, 12 volunteers, 6 staff members, 7 board members, 6 Drinkers of the Wind staff, 4 beverage crafters, products from 37 local producers, and over 150 guests!

The chefs (Callie, Maeme and Riley from Rasberrys; Scott, Anne, and Lyndsey from Mason Family Restaurants; Chris and Rebecca from CK’s Real Food; and Julie and Carissa from NourishMe) who lent their time and skills to highlight their commitment to our local food system by featuring 36 local producers throughout happy hour and dinner. And of course, the food was incredible!

Each course at The Elevated Table was paired with exceptional organic wines from Holesinsky Vineyard and Winery and sparkling IdaWater. And we can’t forget the Far’Maro. Brooke foraged over a dozen farm-grown ingredients, and then steeped, strained and mixed them to create a cocktail that when combined with Twin Falls Distillery’s organic potato vodka, truly captured the spirit of the evening and the land!

We’re so thankful to everyone who made the night possible: our generous guests, the talented chefs, the hardworking servers, the dedicated volunteers, board members and staff, the Drinkers of the Wind crew, and every farmer, rancher, and food artisan who contributed their products to the menu. It was a night of celebration, connection, and community support—and we’re incredibly grateful.
