Adam is a sustainable food systems entrepreneur with over 20 years experience creating products and leading organizations that disrupt the status quo and promote healthy food, education, and sustainability. He is currently a Senior Advisor for Sustainable Food Systems at the Office of Kat Taylor where he works to advance healthy school food and regenerative agriculture.

  • Winter: Sourdough pizza with local wheat and preserved bounty from the summer

Cooking, Mountain biking, Backcountry/Nordic skiing.
