Employment Background:
With over 20 years in investment management, Catherine has experience with multiple asset classes from the public equity markets to private credit impact investment funds. She began her career at Lehman Brothers, analyzing stocks in the equity research department, and has also had roles in portfolio analysis with Morgan Stanley and Auerbach Grayson. More recently, Catherine has worked with private credit impact investment funds, including Mission Driven Finance, RSF Social Finance and Steward, running underwriting teams, launching new funds, creating scalable processes and portfolio risk management as well as developing innovative debt products to support companies doing social and environmental good.
Educational Background:
Catherine is an alumna of The Taft School, Boston College and has also completed graduate coursework at New York University in Financial Statement Analysis, Economics, and Micro Finance.

Catherine has been practicing Tibetan Buddhism for over 25 years and teaches compassion training from the Dzogchen lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. She advises the board at Border Angels, volunteers with the Community Resource Center, and Encinitas for Equality.
